Akande graduated from Forestry Research Institute Of Nigeria, Jos ( Federal College Of Forestry) with HND Agriculture Extension And Farm Management in 2007. He also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Usmanu Danfodiyo University ,Sokoto in 2012. Presently studying Agriculture Extension and Farm Management at the National Open University.

With a 14 years Sales Experience in Agrochemicals and pharmaceutical industry. He joined Candel Agrochemical company in the year 2008 as a Products Demonstration Officer and was promoted to a Sales Representative in 2010. He also worked with Franphino Pharmaceutical, 2016 and 2017 as Sales Representative.

Akande started working with Royal Teesquare Trade & Investment Ltd in 2019 as a Senior Sales Representative and was promoted to Assistant National Sales Manager in the year 2021. He is happily married with a child.
