Mr. Abayomi Akinleye earned his Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Ahmadu Bello University in 1991. Subsequently, he obtained a Master's degree from Lagos State University in 2002 and a Diploma in Insurance from the West African Insurance Institute in Banjul, Gambia.

Commencing his career as a Marketing and Sales Executive at Industrial and General Insurance (IGI), he transitioned into private business in 2005. He established Trade Support Services, specializing in the importation of fabrics, electrodes, aluminum, and steel coil.
