Ayo holds a Bachelor and Master of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure, with 15 years industry experience in notable agrochemical companies, spanning ; Field trials and demonstrations, Farmers education, Product development, sales channels development, marketing, sales and sales lead.

Before pioneering the development of Royagric brands and sales channel development Nationwide, he worked in similar roles at a sister Company, Amarshal, in the southern part of the country.

He has attended many in-house and external trainings on, professional sales and marketing, Handling, usage and proper selection of agrochemicals, crop life international spray service provider, agro- bussiness data gathering for International Food Policy Research Institute etc. He is happily married with children.
